Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CORE Supply Co. Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping Times

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders typically arrive 7 to 15 business days after they ship.

These are estimates. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing and carrier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. There are no surprise shipping charges at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking may take 2 to 5 business days to update after your shipping confirmation email while the carrier scans the package into their system.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will not be charged extra for this.

Taxes

Sales tax is applied at checkout where required by your state. There are no customs or import fees, since all orders ship within the United States.

Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to correct it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us at coredagency@gmail.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
